Tutte le prestazioni di emodialisi sono a totale carico del SSN.

Promuovere, supportare e verificare i programmi di analisi con il monitoraggio del livello di soddisfazione del paziente.

Rispettare la dignità del paziente favorendo l'umanizzazione dei rapporti, improntati su gentilezza, ascolto, dialogo e riservatezza.

Mantenere un costante aggiornamento del personale per garantire un alto grado di competenza professionale attraverso un programma di formazione degli operatori affinchè questi acquisiscano metodologie e strumenti indispensabili per il buon esito dei programmi di miglioramento qualitativo.
